If I believe then I should perceive what the Lord is doing

Dear Fellow Believers in the Lord Jesus Christ,

I have been going through many of the requests of the inquirers and understand that they are depressedbroken and unsure of themselves because of the lies that they have been exposed to.  They do not know where they are going, or what they are going to do.

Jesus said "I must be about My Father's business." and "I came to seek and save the lost".  I make an appeal to you my fellow believers.  Let us stop being complacent about our salvation and follow Jesus in seeking the lost people who are desperately seeking for answers in their lives in  anxietybrokennessconditional lovedeath, emptinessfalsehoodguilthopelessnessillnessinsignificance and shame.

Remember, Jesus said “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. 19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, 20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”

Let Ezekiel 33:7-8 “Son of man, I have made you a watchman for the people of Israel; so hear the word I speak and give them warning from me. 8 When I say to the wicked, ‘You wicked person, you will surely die,’ and you do not speak out to dissuade them from their ways, that wicked person will die for their sin, and I will hold you accountable for their blood.

Those who could have come into the saving knowledge of Jesus Christ through one word from us would die and go to hell, and you and I would be accountable for their blood.

Galatians 6:9 And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.

"Rise up and eat, you have a long way to go"

As the Director of ICI University, in Tamilnadu, my work took me to many districts in the state.  The travel was usually by road, since the bus stops were closer than the railway station.  During my many trips I felt a severe head ache on the top of my skull and had to cancel my program and return home.

On my return home, we visited the General Practitioner and he said, you got nothing to worry about. your body is dehydrated and you need to replenish it. Just drink a lot of water and you will be alright.  However after two days, since the pain continued, my wife, Esme, decided to get a second opinion and visited a Neurologist.  On examining me, the neurologist advised a scan to be taken.  After the scan the doctor advised immediate operation.  Because there was a blood clot the size of man's palm between my brain and the cranium.  This caused the brain to swell, causing severe pain.

I do not remember anything from June 18 - 20, 2006.  It is a blank in my memory. I only remember what my wife told me later.  How she had taken me from the Neurologist to the Bharat Scans and  back to the Neurologist and then to another Neurosurgeon in Velachery and back home at almost midnight.  When I was brought to the Apollo Hospital in the morning the surgeon said "If you had  brought your husband a half hour later, you would have lost him."

The frantic calls to the pastors in the church to pray and my daughter and her holding hands and praying in the hospital, my son going to college because of the semester exams, my sister Bernice's husband Danny, who had come from Cuddalore directly to the hospital.

Psalm 30:5 ".... weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning."
Our God hears prayer and though there were tears that night, there was great rejoicing the next day.  Allow me to give you a glimpse into what it was like.

It was totally black. It seemed that darkness reigned. And then through that thick darkness a faint glimmer of light emerged, and became larger until my eyes opened to see the  face of Sister Amla asking me "How are you brother? We have been praying for you, NLAG church had sent a prayer request to all the "Prayer Warriors" by sms to pray. Three of the prayer warriors were working in the Apollo Hospital. One was sister Amla and two others were male nurses in the hospital.  It was then that I realised that I was in the Post Operation Ward after a successful surgery to remove that blood clot from my brain.

My head was bandaged and the Surgeon said "Don't turn left or right, just lie on your back"  This position gave me only one option and that was to look up.  As I looked up, the Lord spoke to me
"Rise up and eat, you have a long way to go."
As I to recuperated, I spent my time reading and meditating on the Word of God every day.

It is now five years since that eventful day, the Lord restored my health and strength, I have been travelling again all over Tamilnadu, Kerela and Andhra Pradesh.   Not only as the Director of ICI University, but also as Head Coach in India, for Network211.  The Lord has extended my territories from Tamilnadu to South India, North India, North East India, Bangladesh, Pakistan  and Bhutan.  To God alone be all the glory, honor and praise!
